A procedure that can be performed for permanent teeth that are heavily broken or suffer from untreated-end stage periodontitis. Also can be performed for baby teeth when is considered more beneficial for the child. During the procedure we tend to extract the tooth atraumatically, in a way that we keep as much bone structure intact. This will be beneficial for the patient because the more bone we have afterwards, the more options we can propose to the patient for replacing the missing tooth/teeth.
